Th3 Anatomy Lab
This is built for your actual life. Each Protocol is a direct engagement with a specific function of your internal system :: how you filter reality, how you generate your internal state, and how you clear what is in the way at the cellular level. Again, You learn by doing it. No prior knowledge is required, only the desire to change and ability to be honest about what needs it.

Everything here requires participation. You do not study the work :: you run it.
The understanding follows the experience, not the other way around.
