7 Days :: Calcination Through Coagulation

I have been through nine of them. Nine different forms of the same wound wearing a different face. And what I can tell you from the inside of that :: the thing that kept me in it longer than anything else was not the substance. It was not the behavior. It was the shame that made it impossible to look at directly. Because you cannot map what you refuse to see. And you cannot move through what you will not name.

This Protocol is named after what it actually is. Seven days. Seven stages of alchemical transformation :: Calcination through Coagulation :: each one silently present in the work, each one doing exactly what it has always done. Burning what cannot hold. Dissolving the rigid structure the wound built around itself. Separating what is yours from what was handed to you. Bringing the fractured parts into conjunction. Letting the new pattern ferment until it takes hold. Distilling who you actually are underneath the compulsion. And finally :: Coagulation. The new form solidifying. Not perfect. Not finished. Real.

The science is in here. The neuroscience of the striatum, the thalamic signal, the dopamine architecture that made the pattern feel like survival. It is all in here and it is explained plainly because understanding the mechanism is part of breaking it. But this is node13. So we also understand that the body has always known what the mind was too defended to admit. That the compulsion cycle is a Nigredo :: a necessary burning :: and that what comes through it, if you stay in the work instead of running from the heat, is not the person you were before. It is the person the forge was always trying to produce.
