Full Team Development
One shared language for how your people perform.
What this is
This is not a canned program. Every team is different, so everything here is built around your people, your workload, and the way your culture actually runs. The order mirrors the Executive work: we start with the people, then work on them inside the settings of the job, then run systems that show the effect on the team as a whole.
A team is a group of human bodies making decisions, sharing pressure, and reading each other all day. Most training addresses the output. We address the biology the output runs on.
Phase 1 :: The People
Before we work on the team, we work on the individuals in it, not their job titles. Each person learns how their own stress response works, what their body does when pressure rises, and how to read and reset their state early.
The science, simply: under sustained stress, attention narrows and the brain leans toward threat detection. Neutral emails and flat tones start to read as hostile, and people react to what they assumed instead of what was said. When individuals can sense their state and adjust it, a large share of workplace friction never forms.
Phase 2 :: The People in the Work
Now we bring it into the real conditions: the meetings, handoffs, deadline weeks, and hard conversations your team actually runs through. We identify where the pressure concentrates and which moments reliably pull people out of their best thinking.
The science, simply: your environment is a set of triggers. Specific rooms, people, workloads, and rhythms shift the body before anyone makes a choice. Once those moments are visible, we build specific responses for them, so the pressure points of your week become the places your team performs best.
Phase 3 :: The Team as a System
People read each other’s state constantly, mostly below conscious awareness, and a stressed nervous system spreads through a room the way a mood does. The reverse is also true: a team that regulates well recovers from setbacks faster and communicates with less friction.
Here we run systems that make that effect visible, then build the shared language your team uses in meetings and under deadline. No jargon and no belief required, only things your people can feel, test, and use the same day.
What you’ll see early
This is not a finished product in the first weeks. You’ll see clear signs that it’s working: people noticing their own state, conversations running with less friction, and faster recovery after a rough moment.
Investment
Starting at $9,999 a month for teams of 10 or fewer. Larger teams scale from there, and every engagement is built around the specific team.
