Hand-Off
What this is
Hand-Off is a 90 day arc for the client who has finished the hard part and is now asking, “what do I do with this?”
They came to you unstable. You gave them a framework, a relationship, and enough safety to build something real. Now they are steady. They have a new baseline, and they know it. What they do not yet know is how to live from it.
That is the gap Hand-Off fills. Over 90 days, Node13 takes everything your client learned in therapy and teaches them to embody it: how they respond, how they relate, how they work, and how they recover. We start from where you left off. We do not restart, we do not reinterpret, and we do not undo anything you built. We build on it.
When the 90 days are complete, the therapy chapter is closed and your client moves forward from a stable, lived baseline, with a clear finish line behind them and a choice in front of them.
Why it has a finish line
Therapy is open ended by design, and it should be. The work is about the person, and a good therapist follows the person, not a calendar.
The side effect is that there is rarely a built in moment where a client can say, “this part is done, and now I live.” A person can wait to feel finished for a very long time, and that feeling often never arrives on its own. Waiting to feel done keeps people in the room, and the room is not where a life gets lived.
Hand-Off draws that line. It gives your client a defined arc, a clear start, and a clear end, so the move from “I am in therapy” to “I am living” becomes a decision with a structure around it, not a drift. Stable does not mean finished. It means ready to live from here and keep growing from there, in real life, without waiting to feel better first.
Where we sit, and where we do not
We are not therapy, and we do not stand in for it. We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we do not work with anyone who is not stable. Your client arrives through you, at the point you decide they are ready. The timing is yours. That is the whole design.
Two different jobs. Therapy gets someone to a place where they can function. Hand-Off teaches them what to do with that place. One does not replace the other, and one cannot do the other’s job. Most clients today get the first and are left to figure out the second alone.
Why this gap exists
A therapy room is a controlled environment, and that is its strength. The hour is predictable. The relationship is safe. As the therapist, your nervous system is a steady presence your client’s system can borrow from. That borrowing is called coregulation, and it is a large part of why therapy works.
Life offers none of that. There is no predictable hour, no steady person across the room, and the load arrives from every direction at once. The stability your client built is real, but a lot of it was built inside conditions that do not follow them home.
There is also a well established finding in learning research that applies directly: new learning is context dependent. When the brain learns something new, like “this trigger is no longer a threat,” it ties that learning to the setting where it happened. Return the person to the old setting, the old workplace, the old family dynamic, the old cue, and the earlier pattern can come back. This is called renewal. It is not a failure of therapy or of the client. It is how learning works.
The fix is to practice the new baseline inside the actual places the old pattern lived. That is what Hand-Off does.
How the 90 days work
The arc runs one stack a month for three months, with a weekly meeting with Vøra throughout. A stack is a set of 3 to 4 protocols, each one a practice your client runs and checks against their own body. These stacks are built specifically for Hand-Off and are not part of any other Node13 offering.
Month one :: Land it. We take what therapy built and bring it into the body and daily life. We begin from your client’s own language and baseline, then teach them the working map of their biology in plain terms: the nervous system, the endocrine system, and the heart field, and how these talk to each other. They learn what each system does, what it feels like from the inside when it shifts, and where in their own day it shifts. “I feel better” becomes “I know what is happening in me and why.”
Month two :: Live it. We apply the baseline under real conditions: pressure, family, work, and recovery. Your client practices regulation in the places the old patterns formed, not in a hypothetical. This is where the context problem gets solved, because the new response gets built in the same environment the old one lived in.
Month three :: Hold it. We build the daily rhythm that keeps the baseline running without us: sleep and energy timing, recovery practice, and the habits that keep the system steady. The arc is complete when your client no longer needs Node13 to live from their baseline. The goal is independence, not dependence.
Each week, your client meets with Vøra to run the stack, work through what came up, and adjust. The weekly contact is what turns information into embodiment, and it is where the work gets personal to the client’s actual life.
Why it works
It works with the body, not around it. A stable baseline is not only a thought pattern. It lives in the autonomic nervous system, which shifts the body between activation and rest, and in the hormonal rhythms that follow, including the daily rise and fall of stress hormones, sleep, and energy. A person who spent years running on alarm has a body shaped by that. Teaching them to read and steer these systems gives the new baseline something solid to stand on.
It trains the early signal. The body announces a shift well before the mind catches it: a change in breath, heart rate, muscle tone, digestion, or energy. Sensing the body’s internal state is called interoception, and it can be trained. The earlier a person catches the signal, the smaller the correction needed. A client who can read their body early rarely needs a rescue later.
It builds habits where habits live. Behavior runs on cue driven habit loops, and the cues for old reactions sit inside daily life. New loops have to be built in those same places, through repetition, until the new response is the default. Insight alone does not do that. Practice in context does.
It builds flexibility, not just calm. Regulation is not the absence of activation. A healthy system moves up under demand and returns to rest afterward. Clients learn to move through states and come back, which is what makes a baseline durable instead of fragile.
It is proven by the person, not by us. Nothing in Hand-Off asks your client to take our word for it. Every piece is a map, and your client walks it and sees the result in their own body. This is a lived practice we run ourselves daily, taught plainly so a person can test it and keep what proves true. That is why it holds up outside the room.
What your client leaves with
A working understanding of their own biology in plain language. The ability to catch a state shift early. A tested way to respond, relate, work, and recover from their baseline. A daily rhythm that holds without us. And a clear end to the arc, with a choice about what comes next.
After the 90 days
At the close, your client decides. They can step off, fully complete, and live from what they built. Or they can move into the Individual side of Node13 and go deeper into other areas of the work. Either way, they arrive there from a stable, embodied place, which is the point.
What you get
A clear lane, a clear position, and no overlap. You keep your role. We do not step into it. Your work is the foundation, and this is the structure built on top of it.
Who this is for
Hand-Off is for the client who is stable and ready to move forward. Not in crisis, not mid process, not waiting on a breakthrough. They have done the work with you and they have arrived. If you are asking “now what,” this is the answer.
Commitment :: 90 days, 3 months at $669 each, one stack a month.
Setup Fee :: $150 (One-Time Setup Fee included in the initial cost of $819, which is setup fee + first month) The two remaining months are $669 each, billed every 30 days. You can also pay for the 90 days upfront and get a discounted cost of $2000, which covers everything (setup + service)
Includes :: Weekly meeting with Vøra, one Hand-Off stack per month. One new Protocol to work each week.
Hand-Off starts with a conversation, because it starts with you.
