Parallel Partners
Your client stays in therapy. Their body learns to live it.
What this is
The Parallel Program is for the moment when your client is stable, still in your care, and ready to start living what they have built, without waiting for therapy to end first.
You keep running your program. Alongside it, your client works with Node13 on the embodied side: taking the stability they have earned and practicing it in real life, in real time, while you are still in the room with them. The two run side by side, coordinated through a weekly conversation between you and Vøra, with clear lines around who does what.
This is a custom engagement, built around one therapist and one client at a time. It is the most carefully structured thing we offer, and it is designed that way on purpose, because two professionals working with the same person only works when the lines between them are exact.
Where we sit, and where we do not
Node13 works only with people who are stable. We do not work with anyone who is not, and we do not make that call alone. You confirm your client’s stability before we begin, and the work depends on that confirmation holding.
Our scope is the transition and the embodied work, or the prephase of it: the stretch where a client is steady enough to begin practicing a lived baseline while therapy continues. We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we do not treat. We are not a second therapy, and we never occupy the space your work holds. Everything that is clinical stays with you.
Who does what
These lines are stated in writing before anything starts, and they do not move.
You, the therapist, own:
- Diagnosis, treatment planning, and every clinical decision.
- Trauma processing and the deeper therapeutic work.
- The decision on whether your client is stable enough to begin, and whether they remain so.
- Crisis response and any medication coordination.
- The decision to pause the parallel work and return your client to therapy only.
Node13 owns:
- Teaching your client the working map of their own biology in plain language: the nervous system, the endocrine system, and the heart field.
- The monthly stack of protocols, built for this client and approved by you.
- Guiding your client through applying their baseline in daily life: how they respond, relate, work, and recover.
- The daily rhythms and practices that hold the baseline.
- Reporting back to you what we observe in the work, within what your client has consented to share.
Neither of us does:
- Crosses into the other’s lane.
- Changes the plan without the other knowing.
- Gives your client conflicting direction.
- Works with your client in a way you have not approved.
Confidentiality
Two professionals sharing information about one person is a serious responsibility, so we name exactly how it works.
- Your client controls the sharing. Information moves between you and Node13 only with your client’s informed, written consent, and only in the scope they agree to. Your client can narrow or withdraw that consent at any time.
- Only what the work needs. The weekly conversation covers the game plan: current stability, the goals of the stack, what is being practiced, and how it is landing. It does not require your clinical records, session content, or history beyond what you and your client choose to share.
- Nothing leaves the circle. What passes between you, Vøra, and your client stays among the three of you. It is not shared with anyone else, and it is not used for marketing, content, or case studies.
- Your client’s work with us stays theirs. What your client tells us in our sessions is shared with you only within the consent they gave, with one exception: anything that signals a change in stability, which we raise with you right away so the plan can respond.
- Written agreements first. Confidentiality terms are put in writing with you and with your client before we begin.
If your client needs to go back to therapy only
This is built into the program from the first day, not added later.
If your client becomes unstable, if you decide the parallel work is no longer right, or if our observations point to a change, the embodied work pauses. Your client returns to therapy only. We stay out of the way and keep our role confined to what is described here, and no one is asked to carry both at once while stability is in question.
We resume only when you confirm your client is stable again and ready. If a client is ever in crisis, we direct them to you and to emergency services, because we are not a crisis service. Pausing is not a failure of the program. It is the program working as designed.
How the month works
We work in stacks, one month at a time.
The weekly sit down. Each week, Vøra meets with you one to one to set and adjust the game plan: where your client is, what the month’s stack is working on, what you are seeing in your room, and what we are seeing in ours. This is where the two sides stay aligned, and it is the center of the program.
The monthly stack. Each month, a stack of protocols is built for your client specifically, shaped around their goals, their life, and what you are working on in therapy. You review and approve it before your client begins. The stack is practiced in real daily life, through the month, with guidance.
The monthly review. At the end of each month we look at what moved, what did not, and what the next stack should do. You approve each next step, and you can pause or end the parallel work at any point.
Why it works
Learning happens where life happens. A new baseline built in a therapy room is tied to that room. Practicing it in daily life while therapy is still active lets the two reinforce each other in the same week, instead of waiting until therapy ends to find out whether it holds. This is the same context dependent learning that makes the handoff necessary, applied earlier.
It adds the body to the work. Therapy works largely from the top down, through thought, language, and relationship. Body based practice works from the bottom up, through breath, heart rate, muscle tone, and the daily rhythms of the nervous and endocrine systems. Running both together covers more ground than either one alone.
One plan prevents two directions. The most common risk when two people work with one client is mixed messages. The weekly sit down keeps you and Vøra working from the same plan, so your client hears one coherent direction.
The therapist stays in the loop. You see how your client’s baseline holds in real conditions as it happens, which gives you information the therapy room alone cannot.
It is proven by the person. Nothing in the program asks your client to simply believe. Every practice is something they run and check against their own body, taught plainly, so they can see the result for themselves.
What your client leaves with
A lived relationship with their own baseline, built in real conditions while still supported by therapy. A working understanding of their biology in plain language. The ability to catch state shifts early and respond to them. And a smoother path to the end of therapy, because the embodied work is already underway.
Who this is for
A client who is stable, who is actively working with you, and whom you believe is ready to begin practicing a lived baseline now. It is for a therapist who wants a coordinated partner on the embodied side, with clear lines and clear communication.
Who this is not for
Anyone who is not stable. Anyone in crisis. Anyone whose therapist has not confirmed readiness. Anyone for whom the work would mean blurring the lines between therapy and this program.
Includes ::
- A weekly meeting with the therapist. Each week, Vøra and the therapist sit down one to one to set and adjust the game plan :: where the client is, what the month’s stack is working on, and what each side is seeing. This is the center of the program.
- A direct support line. Between meetings, the therapist has direct access to Vøra for questions about the plan, the stack, or what the client is experiencing, so nothing waits for the next weekly sit down.
- A monthly meeting with the client. Vøra meets with the client each month to introduce the stack, work through it with them, and see how it is landing. Therapist determines the frequency of this contact.
- A custom stack, built each month. Designed for this client, shaped around their goals, their life, and what the therapist is working on, and approved by the therapist before the client begins.
Format. One custom stack a month, One Protocol a week, Communication on all ends. $1299 is a monthly recurring charge.
