Protocol Licensing
Your framework. Our protocols.
What this is
Protocol Licensing is how a therapy provider offers this work inside their own practice, under their own framework, in their own voice.
Most practitioners already know what their clients need next. They see the gap between “I understand this” and “my body lives this,” and they want a way to close it between sessions and inside the work. What they rarely have is a structured, science grounded set of protocols built for that purpose and shaped to their modality. That is what we build.
Each month, we sit down with you, design a stack of protocols around your goals, your client population, and your language, and license it to you to run within your own practice. You keep your voice and your standards. We bring the science, the structure, and the training so you can run it with confidence.
This does not exist in this form elsewhere. Most training programs teach a modality and send you off to build the rest. Most wellness products are built for the public, not for a clinical setting. Protocol Licensing is built with you, for your practice, one month at a time.
What we do
- Design the stack. Each month we build a stack of protocols, typically 3 to 4 practices, around the goal you set for that month. Each protocol is a structured practice your clients can run and check against their own body.
- Fit it to your world. We shape every protocol around your modality, your client population, and the language you already use, so it reads like part of your work and not an outside add on.
- Bring the science. We explain the biology underneath each protocol in plain terms, covering the nervous system, endocrine system, and heart field, so you understand what each practice does and why, and can speak to it confidently.
- Train you to run it. Every month includes a review meeting where we walk through the stack together, go through the process step by step, and answer your questions. The goal is that you can run it without us in the room.
- Hold the structure. We keep the build consistent and organized, so each month’s stack connects to the last and your clients move through a coherent progression.
What we do not do
We do not diagnose, we do not prescribe, and we do not make clinical decisions for you. We do not work with your clients directly through this service, and we do not replace your judgment about who is ready for what. We do not decide what enters your practice. Nothing is added without your approval. We do not require you to represent Node13, and we do not claim outcomes for your clients. Your license, your clinical responsibility, and your relationship with your clients stay yours.
What you do
- Set the goal. You tell us what you want the month’s stack to accomplish for your clients.
- Approve everything. You review and approve each protocol before it goes into your practice. Additions, changes, and adjustments go through you.
- Decide the fit. You decide which clients are appropriate for the stack and when, based on your clinical judgment.
- Run it in your practice. You deliver the protocols inside your own framework, in your own voice, with your standards.
- Bring your questions. The monthly review meeting is built around what comes up in your practice, so what we build next reflects what you are actually seeing.
How the month works
Each cycle follows the same rhythm.
Set. We sit down together and define the goal for the month: what your clients need, where the gap is, and what the stack should accomplish.
Build. We create the stack, designed around your processes, population, and language. Nothing is generic.
Approve. You review the build and approve it, or send it back with changes. Nothing enters your practice without your sign off.
Learn. We meet to go through the process together. You learn the protocols, the biology behind them, and how to run them, and we answer your questions.
Run. You take the stack into your practice. What you see there feeds the next month’s goal.
Over time, this builds a library that fits your practice and keeps growing with it.
White label
You can offer these protocols under your own name. If you prefer not to represent Node13, we can build the stack as a fully white label offering, so your clients experience it as your work. If you want to name the source, that is available too. The choice is yours, and either way the standards stay yours.
Why it works
Practice between sessions matters. Across several therapeutic approaches, structured practice outside the session is consistently linked to stronger outcomes. A protocol turns an insight into something a client does, repeatedly, in their own life.
It adds the body to the work. Therapy often works from the top down, through thought, language, and relationship. Body based regulation works from the bottom up, through breath, heart rate, muscle tone, and the daily rhythms of the nervous and endocrine systems. Together they cover more ground than either alone, and clients carry the result outside the room.
Structure makes it repeatable. A protocol has a defined sequence, which means it can be run consistently, adjusted deliberately, and understood by the person running it. That is what lets you offer it with confidence, instead of improvising.
It is built around you. A protocol that fits your modality and your language gets used, because it does not ask you to translate. The monthly cycle means it stays matched to what your clients actually need.
It is proven by doing. Nothing here asks you or your clients to simply believe. Every protocol is a lived practice we run ourselves, taught plainly, so it can be tested in the body and kept if it proves true.
Who this is for
Therapists, psychiatrists, and practitioners who work with people and want to add a structured, body grounded practice to their offering without building it themselves. If you already see what comes after the stable baseline and want a way to deliver it, this is built for you.
What's Included ::
- A custom built stack every month. Four protocols, designed for your practice, your modality, your client population, and your language, and approved by you before they go anywhere near a client.
- The monthly review meeting. We sit down together to go through the process, answer your questions, and set the goal for the next month’s stack.
- Training and review sessions. You learn the protocols, the biology behind each one, and how to run them, so you can deliver them with confidence without us in the room. Ongoing dedicated support.
- The license. The right to use everything we build for you inside your own practice, under your own framework.
White label. If you want these protocols offered entirely under your own name, pricing is determined in a conversation, because the terms depend on how you want to present the work.
